   Our couriers deliver the package to you: wines, our tasting notes, newsletter, and club member only benefits are all included in special packaging

Shipping

Choosing an address to ship to:

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you ship to a location where someone will be there to receive and sign for your package. All wine shipments are sent via FedEX or local ground service carriers with an adult signature sticker required on the box. Please be sure to have someone available to sign for the package- business addresses are preferred! Our shipments are packaged in a discrete box so customers may feel comfortable sending them to their work address.

States We Cannot Ship to:

There are a number of states to which we cannot ship due to various regulations. Please consult our ordering form to learn which states are not allowed.

Adult Signature Requirements:

Each carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package and will leave a message each time indicating the attempted delivery. After the third failed attempt, the box will be routed to the consolidation center closest to you at which point you will have ten days to pick it up before it is returned to us. Please make all attempts to receive the package as it is prohibitively expensive to return shipments.

Shipping Alcoholic Beverages:

All alcoholic beverage products purchased are sold from the state of California. Legal title passes to the buyer upon approval of your credit card charge or receipt of your payment. Packages may ship from a state other than the state to which they are shipped. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages across state lines. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your order. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to person who are at least 21 years old. By placing this order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is also at least 21 years old. When the alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Returned Shipments:

In the event that the carrier cannot deliver your package through their three delivery attempts and you do not pick up the package during the ten day window at their consolidation center, the package will be returned to our facility. At this point, you will have two options: you may elect to have the package re-shipped and pay a reasonable re-shipping fee or you may choose to skip the shipment and we will credit your original form of payment back to you less the shipping and handling charges.

Address Changes:

Please contact us via email at service@wineclubshipment.com if you wish to change your shipping or billing address. Shipping address changes need to be submitted before the end of the month for the following month's shipment.

Shipment Frequency:

Each club will indicate the frequency and next shipping date. If you wish to receive additional bottles of any wine, please contact us via email at orders@wineclubshipment.com and we will be happy to send you extra at a special rate.
